The consent items are next.
and posted for consent are c-1 and c-2.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 2, 3.
any issues with 4-a and b?

>> no.

>> then 4-a and b.
number 6, 7-a and b.
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.

>> I think we may have someone here on 14.

>> anyone here on 14?
we'll call it up separately anyway.
14 will not be part of the consent motion.
i guess I need a word from the county attorney on number 15.
that's the request for joint use with koch pipeline company.

>> I've talked to steve manila and (indiscernible).
i don't believe there's any more question on that.

>> this is just to make a request, right?

>> it's an agreement, joint use agreement, there's a pipeline going through it and the road would go over it.
they're acknowledging that it can be used for both purposes.

>> okay.
the acknowledgment is in agreement?

>> yes.

>> on a request for a joint use acknowledgment.
so you want us to approve an agreement?

>> yes.

>> then our request for john hilly is whether this is a legally sufficient posting.
i hate to be super technical, but you and john ought to communicate more anyway.
we'll revisit this later today after we get that.
16 I'm reading to there's a series of meetings listed in 16.
i'm reading that to cover premeeting and post-meeting work.
so work necessary to prepare for the meeting.
in our backup we had a long list of meetings represented the scope of service for $15,000.
so my interpretation is that that money would cover whatever work is necessary, premeeting and post-meeting.
so subject to that interpretation I recommend this for consent.
if there's a different interpretation I think we ought to be told later today.
17-a and b.
rodney got with the various departments and compromised number 18.
any issues with the backup?
i think we arrived at 15.7 million.
which is what we discussed during the budget process.
and the request exceeded that, but mr.
rhodes met with the departments that have submitted higher requests and I understand ha that what we have is a compromise document.
so with that understanding, I recommend 18.
19, 20, 21, and a-2.
any issues with that?
$200 an hour.
after that 175.
source of funding would be the risk management fund, which is where we took the money for the climate acease.

>> I don't think I have any issues with it, but I didn't get it until 6:00 in the evening yesterday.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> okay.

>> so pull it up?

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic].

>> so we'll call a-2 up later today.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> would anyone like for us to consider any of the consent items separately?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
