28 is to consider and take appropriate action on the following lease agreements by the Travis County healthcare district for the community health centers currently owned by the city of Austin.
a, ak black community health center, b, rosewood-zaragosa community health center, c, south Austin community health center, d, montopolis community health center, long-term ground lease.
cre., east Austin community health center, f, Austin resource center for the homeless, and g, rbj building, community health center administrative offices, fifth floor.
>> and these are properties -- items a through f represent buildings where the current community health centers reside along with other city of Austin activities in those buildings.
pursuant to the interlocal -- the agreement that was negotiated and actually the enacted legislation, we have the option to release those properties from the city and we have elected to enter into leases to remain in all those locations that currently are in existence.
rbj building, the fifth floor represents the administrative offices that support the community health centers.

and the property itself is operated by front steps but the community health centers operate the medical health center in that property.
