27 is to consider and take appropriate action on the transfers of real property to the Travis County healthcare district to the city of Austin.
a, david powell, community health center.
b, montopolis community health center, building only, and c, four tracts of land gifted for the benefit of brackenridge by nelson puett, jr., and it's the puett tracts.
>> under this item -- under the -- the interlocal agreement that was negotiated with the city of Austin upon the creation of the district, certain properties that were standard-alone properties were designated to be transferred to the district as opposed to leased to them.
so items a and b represent properties that are being deeded to the district.
david powell health center is being deeded out.
item no.
2, the montopolis community health center.
because the property that underlies this building is also associated with a gym-related park facility that exists on that property, we are actually obtaining a 99-year ground lease on the land and we take ownership of the building.
the -- item c, the four tracts of land that were gifted for the benefit of brackenridge by nelson puett, those are actually properties that were not identified in the original -- when the district was originally created as having -- as being required to transfer to the district.
they were discovered along the years that these properties actually were in existence and because they were related to brackenridge hospital should have conveyed to the district when it was created in -- essentially in may of 2004.
this is a bit of a cleanup item.

>> they are off of lola -- it's either low la lane or lola drive.
i've seen it both ways.
west of i-35 and just north of 183.
i think it's between -- it's right off wamsly -- between wamsly and powell, I believe.
