26 is to consider and take appropriate action on the assignment of a lease agreement with the Austin geriatric center, inc., for the rbj dental facility with the city of Austin to the Travis County healthcare district.

>> I'm sharon, president of the Travis County healthcare district, and I have to mention that I couldn't believe there were that many people in this room at one time.

>> they just kept filing out.

>> we have several items before you this morning.
item 26, all of these items relate to the transition of the community health centers that have been operated by the city of Austin previously and by virtue of the legislation that enacted the district is required to be transferred to the district's responsibility and sponsorship.
item 26 is related -- hello, timly allridge, who has been instrumental, thank you, in helping us put these leases together and transfers the property.
these particular -- these two items that are 26 have to do with leased property.
one is for the dental clinic that is operated at the rbj center on town lake, and the other is the -- let's see -- I'm sorry, this one is just for the dental facility.
