Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to temporarily close oasis bluff drive to through traffic from comanche trail to bullick hollow road in precinct three for the "cold fusion sizzler" slalom skateboard races to be held on March 28, 2009 from 8:00 a.m.

we have a sponsored -- we have allowed the closure of oasis bluff in years past for this same race.
the sponsors have asked us again to close the road temporarily to enable the event and we have all of the -- all of the forms and liability waivers signed.
and the purpose of today's meeting is to -- to receive any public testimony with regard to the temporary closure of -- of the roadway.
