Now, number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 2, northridge acres, resubdivision of lot 1 (3 total lots.

the purpose of this hearing is to simply divide one lot into three lots.
there's a total of 2.939-acres and -- and the use will be commercial.
after the resubdivision and it's my understanding that it is commercial now.
i know of no opposition to this -- to this item.
