24. Consider and take appropriate action on request for assistance from Austin-Travis County mental health and mental retardation center for in kind support from Travis County in the form of printing 700 newsletters for the 9th annual central Texas african-american family support conference. I didn't recommend this for consents. I didn't know whether there was issues or not. What we did in some cases where we can help we try to do in kind. This would be our way of contribute being to this -- contributing to this effort more than anything else. The cost for us would be less than 100 bucks I think you indicated.

>> that's correct. Sherri flemming, executive manager for health and human services. Lets than 100 bucks, this is a conference mhmr has had since 2000, really designed to promote available behavioral health and physical health resources in our communities. So it does provide a valuable service to our constituents.

>> we -- you know, it's valuable to own the print shop. What we normally do is check their workload, make sure they can accommodate the request, right?

>> that's correct. Staff has been in touch with the print shop they have indicated that they are available to meet this request.

>> in fairness, if you were to get this out, in the marketplace, it would probably cost what, three or four times that?

>> I would think so, yes.

>> any issues?

>> so move.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.

>> thank y'all.
