Now we have come to executive session. There's a little good news. We've been asked to postpone item number 30 until next week. Item number 30 until next week. 25 is to receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action in Travis County et al versus frank leo rakas and sharon kay williams, payman zamiprour and banafsheh bbhahani resale deed. 26, receive legal advice from and give direction to county attorney regarding settlement offer in benjamin maldonado, worker's compensation lien case subrogation, consultation with attorney attorney attorneyh exception. 27, receive legal briefing and take appropriate regarding the status of investigation of the claims by Karen steitle including the claims in eeoc charge number 31 c-2008-01470. This is the consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions. 28, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action rartding the status of investigation of claims by chuck kelly, including the claims in eeoc charge number 31 c-2008-01436 and eeoc charge number 450-2009-00943, consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions. 29 a, receive legal briefing from county attorney on issues regarding confidential climate assessment received from employment practices solutions and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions. And 39 b, deliberate results of confidential climate assessment in relation to executive manager of administrative operations, director of human resources management department, hrmd, and hrmd slot numbers 23, 16 and nine and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters. I doubt we will take action on 27, 28 and 30 today unless it's to give directions. We do plan to take action hopefully next week, though. So today discuss, deliberate, have back on the agenda next week. We do have our consultant here and she's been patiently awaiting our executive session discussions for the last 30 to 45 minutes. 31, the final executive session item today, receive briefing from county attorney regarding Commissioners courts' responsibility for providing collaboration, management or oversight of the Travis County housing authority. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action on any of them.

Now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court. We did go into executive session this morning. By the way we had postponed item no. 30 and we did not call up item no. 31 in executive session. 30 and 31 will be back on the court's agenda next week for us to give them attention. And we discussed 27, 28 and 29 a and b. No action required today. Though we will have it back on for the deliberation and action next week. Okay? So 27, 28 and 29. 25 is the matter involving a proposed resale deed and I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed resale deed to payman zamirpour and banafsheh beh bbahani resale deed. And they have paid the county $8,950 in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And item no. 3 -- 26, involving benjamin maldanado and his insurance company, we did get an update. I move that we authorize the county attorney to a lawsuit to try to recoup the county's expenditure as soon as possible. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, court members that does it for today. Second? All in favor? That passes unanimously, also. By the way, this afternoon Commissioner Gomez missed those last two votes she was not here. They were approved unanimously by the other four of us. 1:50.
