Consent
Consent items are next, posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, and those are ready. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss these separately. Please say so as I call out the number of the item. 4 a and b, 5, 6 -- I have a couple of questions on that.
>> 6 will not be part of the consent motion. 7, 11, 12, 16 a and b.
>> I have just a comment on that one, I don't actually need -- there was an issue regarding -- regarding recidivism --
>> would you like for us to call that item up?
>> sure.
>> we will call up 16 a and b.
>> yes. Number 17.
>> I need to abstain on 17, judge.
>> okay.
>> but otherwise --
>> yes.
>> okay. 18, 18, 19, 20, 24.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> would be the last one.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote. Mr. Reeferseed.
>> I'm sorry, itself going to ask you if the -- if the item 16 a and b is -- you said -- you set that aside for discussion? In the executive session?
>> no. Discussion here.
