17 an application to pooled bond and portfolios as participants in Texas daily investment pool and authorize senior financial analysts to conduct transactions, I was about to note earlier that ms. Mace is on the board of this -- of this -- the Texas daily, but the county attorney says that's all right, we have been making -- making sort of overnight investments in that and because of the -- because of the rate of return there now we really need to do a whole lot in this area and maybe a little bit less in tex pool until tex pool and some of the other investments we make recover. So this is legally all right for us to do.
