Travis County Commissioners Court
January 6, 2009
Corporations
Now let's call to order several corporations. There's one item common to all of them. Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation, the Travis County health facilities development corporation, the capital industrial development corporation, the capital health facilities development corporation, the Travis County development authority, and the Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation. One item common to all of these corporations is number one, consider and take appropriate action on request to relocate officers of the corporations.
>> good morning. Harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. And welcome, director huber. This is an item that is taken up at this time each year, but it's more important this year than others because we do have to replace a signatore on the bank account. Commissioner Daugherty was one of the signers on the bank account. So once the officers are determined, then next week we'll be back with authorization on signers of the bank account.
>> will it work to just have all of the officers serve and then substitute Commissioner huber for Commissioner Daugherty?
>> I second that.
>> sounds fine to me. Is that okay?
>>
>> [ inaudible ].
>> your third hazing incident of the day.
>> any discussion of that? I have served as president. Who is vice-president?
>> Commissioner eckhardt.
>> and is there a secretary?
>> Commissioner Gomez.
>> and Commissioner Davis is assistant secretary and then Gerald Daugherty was the treasurer.
>> so we all have some office?
>> yes.
>> all in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote also. Use the rest of your day wisely, court members.
