If you would like for us to discuss these separately please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 1, 2, 3 we are waiting on -- some indication from the auditor's office. Number 4 a and b, 5, 6, 7 a and b, do we need to discuss 7 a? Okay. 7 a and b. Number 8, 9 a, let's have a brief discussion of the routine item 9 b in just a moment, 10, 11, 12, 13 15, and 18.

>> 15 we are recommending for insolution in the consent motion. Would you like for us to pull that up?
>> yes. I have a question I don't know much about it. You also mentioned that you were going to -- did you not mention that 9 b was going to be discussed.
>> 9 b will be discussed, I think that's the one that -- that -- 9 b we will discuss.
>> okay. Let's pull 15 off, see if we can answer a question. Any others.

>> yes. 3 was not part of the consent motion, let's add it. Let's just add number 3.
