16. CONSIDER BOARD AND COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS FOR COMMISSIONERS COURT MEMBERS, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
>> try to provide a listing of current -- of current -- membership. The only one that i'm real particular about myself is the cap position because i'm supposed to -- capcog because i'm supposed to be chair next year if the election goes as planned in january. We do have two slots on there. The precinct 3 Commissioner has been a member. Sound like fun?
>> sure.
>> okay. And -- and do we need to make any changes on any of the others?
>> i think wherever Commissioner 3 is, i think we can substitute Commissioner huber to make sure that those subcommittees have all of the participants needed.
>> and Commissioner Gomez and i switch off on daa and cuc.
>> every january.
>> okay. So with the -- we substitute Commissioner huber for former Commissioner Daugherty, and we leave the others the same?
>> all right.
>> on the -- judge, on the daa, Margaret --
>> right.
>> is there and i will go to cuc for this year.
>> keep doing what you all have been doing.
>> uh-huh.
>> daa that's downtown Austin alliance.
>> uh-huh.
>> so Commissioner Gomez will be the new member?
>> right.
>> for 2009.
>> okay. Do we need to mull over it further or act on it.
>> i think we're ready.
>> i move approval then.
>> that change in -- in substituting Commissioner huber for Commissioner Daugherty and the other slots. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> then let's go to the executive session when we come back out we'll take number -- number 17.
