Now let's call to order -- we don't need the northwest Travis County road district number 3 as there are no claims and no investments. Let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation, two items. One is to consider and take appropriate action to request to approve two invoices from the wellness budget.
>> good morning. I'm harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. The two invoices, one is for $1,500 to run tex for coaching and training. The second invoice is for $62.75 for supplies, and it's payable to h.e.b. The two invoices that are approved, the amount of the line item for the wellness program in their budget will be $7,414.04.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With director Daugherty away. Number two is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve first draw request from meals on wheels and more under grant agreement.
>> and this is a 250,000-dollar contract with meals on wheels to construct a new facility. The contract provides that $125,000 is payable this year, fy '09, and then an additional $125,000 is payable in fy 10. They have -- the contract was approved by the board in April of this year. They have submitted the proper documentation to be eligible for the first draw of $125,000, which is in your backup, and staff recommends approving.
