>> 18, I just thought we ought to lay that out, consider and take appropriate action on modification number 3, contract number ps 050216 mb, professional consulting services for Travis County correctional complex design-build project, with hok. And joe gieselman if you're nearby, we'll call up 31 next.

>> this is -- this contract mod is to extend the professional services that are being provided by our design-build consultant, hok, on the jail project. And this is to extend their services from this point through March of 2009. We would like to extend their services. The project was going to end earlier, so that's why their services only came up to a certain date, but the contract is -- through change orders we've extended their contract time up to March, so we'd like to extend hok's time also. They're doing a great job of helping to support us out there and to work on the jail project, answer questions, to help us deal with issues, make sure we're understanding what we're getting, what we're supposed to be getting.
>> two questions. So what is the significance of March 2009? Why that date? Why not June or February?
>> well, we have extended faulkner u.s.a.'s substantial completion date up to March ninth as of change order number 2, the last change order to be approved extends their substantial completion date to March 9th, so we would like to extend our design-build consultant's time through March also. So they will be on board through substantial completion.
>> our plan at this time is to have the project completed by March '09?
>> that's the plan.
>> okay. I see the funding account number, but what's the source of funding?
>> these funds are in the project, it's a part of the project funds that are a combination of voter approved bond funds and co funds.
>> okay. So they're in the project budget.
>> yes, sir.
>> any other questions? Move approval.
>> second.
>> thank you.
