16 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding the transfer of 826.546-acre volente mitigation tract from grason volente investments limited to Travis County and acceptance of operation and maintenance responsibility to be managed add part of the balcones canyon lands preserve.
we received briefings on this a couple of times.
>> I'd move approval.

>> anything we need to hear about this that we didn't hear last time.
>> it's not ready for approval.
>> [ inaudible ] there's a couple of things in there that -- there's one attachment that needs to go to every one of the easements and they made changes that staff cannot agree to.
and I've got some advice as to why.
then there's some provisions that we discussed last week that they have not agreed yet to either.

>> so how long do you think that it will take to have all of those instruments in place?
>> they actually asked us if we couldn't agree to things by Friday, we couldn't.
that they would put that off until about the second week of January.
>> that's when we'll call it back.
>> right.
they've got somebody out of outf town, a key player in the negotiating.
>> all right.
