>> Items for consent are next. Posted for consent are c-1 and c-2. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. Number 4, 5, -- let's delay action on 7, 8 and 9. We may need to call that up later. And I guess 10. And I understand staff is trying to work out a couple of issues on those parking leases. We'll revisit this morning or this afternoon depending on how this meeting goes. Number 12 for consent, 13, 14, 16, the one we had the public hearing on. 17. Anybody here on 17? 18. 19, 20, then to number 26. All of 27, 27 a-27-e. And number 28.

>> I think we do. We have somebody here on a-2, right? A-2, the matter involving the historical marker? Okay. We do have a couple of folks here. I thought I'd call it up next. So not a-2, but the other items, all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
