>> 25, consider and take appropriate actions on items related to the program year 2008 grant agreement for community development block grant funds provided by the u.s. Department of housen and urban development, h.u.d. A, request to execute the program year 2008 grant agreement and b, request to authorize the county judge to sign as the certified official. We'll call the parking items up next. Have you gotten with the parking? We've got with the audit and worked out the issues?

>> that's correct. We were in discussions with the auditor all morning and we're on the same page now.

>> good morning, christy moffett.

>> item 25.

>> yes. We have received our grant agreement for program year 2008. As a result we're requesting that the court approve that grant agreement so we can receive access to $833,133 for the program year. H.u.d. Has requested that --

>> so moved. Right away.

>> okay. You'll see in your backup -- you'll see in your backup that h.u.d. Had requested that we respond to a couple of different things and we have done those responses and also the county attorney's office had reviewed the agreement and requested that we make a change that we actually make every year to the agreement which changes the grantee name from judge Biscoe's name to Travis County. So today we're requesting that you authorize that and also request that the judge sign that agreement.

>> so moved on a and b.

>> second.

>> let's not let the county judge have any fund change. Travis County will have all of it. Motion and second to approve the agreement and authorize the county judge to sign as the certified official. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote with Commissioner droughtry absent. He had to run to another commitment. We don't move on the other item, did we?

>> 24.

>> we just postponed it.

>> number 24.

>> that's fine. Thanks. Thank you all.

>> thank you.
