10, consider and take appropriate action regarding the two parking leases between Travis County and central parking system of Texas for parking at 812 san antonio parking garage.
>> we have two leases in this parking garage at 812 san antonio. The first lease we have for a 25 parking space and the current price right now is $95 and the landlord asked to increase it to $100 per space, and the second lease on the same garage we have for 40 spaces and currently at $85 per slot. And then the landlord asked for a $5 increase to $90 per space. We have the money in the budget for this year and we recommend approval.
