Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two three-foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 101 and 102 of edgewater beach, section 2 subdivision.

>> good morning. Anna bolin, Travis County tnr. The purpose of this public hearing is to vacate these two pue's, public utility easements, so that the owner of the lots can construct sometg and not encoach into the easement. The utility companies were notified and they have no need for the easement and I know of no objection to this proposed vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward?
