Consent

>> posted for consent are c 1 and c 2. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as I call out the number of the item. Number 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 a and b, the 3 items that we had the public hearings on, 12, 13, 14, number 16, 18, saw mr. Pope here, do you want to say a few words on 19? I'm about to recommend that we put it on consent.

>> that's fine, sir.

>> is that okay?

>>

>> [multiple voices]

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> okay.

>> thanks.

>> we're just trying to get reimbursed here. Number 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, -- on 26 if we need to do this for capcog, if we have different assignments in January, which we can, we need for ms. Hoover to serve at least for the first quarter. The general assembly meets quarterly. And it's a big deal because they rent a hotel and normally have lunch and have about 50 or 60 people.

>> okay.

>> so this doesn't lock us in for the full year, but does lock us in for the quarter.

>> first quarter, that's fine.

>> okay.

>> so that's 26 and 27. 7, I did tell the children's protective services board that we would try to go ahead and -- and make -- fill the rest of our vacancies.

>>

>> [indiscernible] a number of those, judge, have interviews set up.

>> but this is one.

>> okay. 27 will be the -- the last one there, I think on the added items we need to discuss all of them.

>> second.

>> would in my opinion like for us to pull for -- would anyone like for us to pull for separate discussion any of the items on the consent motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. If you have business with the Commissioners court today, it's important to move in this direction. We only have three or four items that we did not put on the consent motion. Joe gieselman I think is nearby.
