Travis County Commissioners Court
December 9, 2008
Item 17
17. Consider and take appropriate action on the transportation and natural resources road and bridge fiscal year 2008-2009 workplan including road maintenance, parks and facilities projects. There's a super long list of projects recommended. I didn't know whether there would be specific questions or not. Joe was not trying to inundate us.
>> primarily standard work requests and payment management system would present the list of cap date projects to the -- candidate projects to the list of the Commissioners court every year in case there's adjustments that members of the court want to make. But otherwise it's a fairly standard document.
>> it's a really amazing piece of work that you all put out annually. Really -- it's proof of the level of organization and stellar management as well as the deep bench of t.n.r., this is really an amazing document.
>> do we receive a report at the end of the year indicating which projects were in fact were completed and which were not.
>> we certainly can. We are pretty much finished with our season so we can get that to the court soon for fy '08 or 2008, so yes we can do that.
>> I was impressed by the number of projects. I would be more impressed if I got a list later saying that list we gave you, we completed this number.
>> we will do that.
>> okay. Impress us, joe. Questions? Move approval.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
