Executive Session
Now, we did tell the health care district we would call up 21 this afternoon so that gets us to executive session. Right? And we have item number 32, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action regarding the pending litigation in Travis County, Texas and state of Texas versus coldwater development, limited and rod Monday excavation, et al. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 33, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action regarding the contested case hearing on the pending application for the proposed solid waste amendment to expand waste management of Texas landfill located on giles road near state highway 290. Actual taste with attorney. 34, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding imposition of administrative costs in certain Austin-Travis County interlocal agreements. Consultation with attorney exception. 35, receive briefing -- okay. 35, receive briefing from the county attorney, consider settlement offer and take appropriate action regarding takeover agreement between Travis County and insurers indemnity company as performance bond surety on contract between Travis County and dssi corporation for control panel upgrade at Travis County contributional complex buildings 2 and 3. Consultation with attorney and security exception. And by the way, the note I was just handed requested that we postpone item 32 until next week, although we previously announced 32, we will in fact not take it up in executive session today. Instead, 32 will be postponed until next week. And I just announced 35 under the consultation with attorney and security exception to the open meetings act. 36, consider and take appropriate action on a proposal to acquire open space parkland along onion week near state highway 71 east with 2005 authorized bond funds in precinct 4. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 37, receive update from county attorney regarding the existing improved property commercial contract between Travis County and balcones resources, inc, for the sale of property located on johnny morris road in precinct 1 and take appropriate action. Excuse me. 37 will be discussed under the consultation with attorney and real estate, real property exceptions to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these in executive session but will return to court before taking any action.

We will not need, just announce for the record, we will not need the northwest Travis County road district number three as there are no investments and no claims. The only item that is posted we will pick up the Travis County housing finance corporation this afternoon at 1:30, and I move we recess the Commissioner's court meeting until 1:30 this afternoon.
