>> item number 9. Rosemary. Item number 9. Roger. 9 is consider and take appropriate action regarding the assignment of space in the fifth floor of the ned granger administration building for the intergovernmental relation staff. Roger? Will you lay that out for us?

>> good morning, roger l. Khoury, detectiver of facilities management department. Recommend approval of 209 square feet of space within 535, the executive
>> [inaudible] for operations. To the newly created intergovernmental relations office. And we created two offices over there. The design and construction will be done by facilities management department. We're going to do the design and the construction in-house because it's so small of a project and only a couple of walls and couple of doors and painting the area and we don't ask for any money because we've got funded internally from facilities management from the designer and the guys, you though, doing the work. So we would like the court to approve the allocation of space in those two offices to the igr office and approve the plan.
>> I move that the allocation be made.

>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you very much.
>> and just so the court is aware, the -- igr, intergovernmental relation coordinator, is on board. He's working out of the conference room and will be ready to move into his office next week.
