>> > good morning. Let's call to order this voting session of Travis County Commissioners court. We expect Commissioner Daugherty to arrive momentarily. We've been asked to take up item 21 this afternoon. We've been asked to postpone 28 until next week, December 9th. A and we'll try to call 27 up about 10:30. Just in case several of our county managers would like to visit us, visit with us. The other items are ready to go. Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 3, amended plats of lots 1 through 3 and lot 2-a, block a, marshall's point subdivision.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning, anna bolin, Travis County d.n.r. The purpose of this public hearing and this amended plat is to combine three lots into one in the marshall's point subdivision. And the reason behind this is to satisfy a lawsuit with tcad. As soon as this action is approved, then the issue is resolved.
>> questions? Move the public hearing be closed.
