Let's call up the -- number 11 and then after that we'll go to number 4. 11 is to approve modification figures kay number 220 contract 077 t 00173 vc, sekurus technologies for inmate telephone services.

We came to you all on October 21st and let you know because the inmate declined, population declined and the number of calls made, that our inmate phone contractor would like to renegotiate the guaranteed annual amount. You all authorized us to do that. Walter and folks were able to get an annual -- a guaranteed annual rate of 1.1 as compared to what initially was 1.6. So this is -- this was 60.3 of their annual gross revenue on collection. So we think this is fair and move forward and ask your approval.
