Number 9, consider and take appropriate action regarding the use of exiting county furniture -- county warehouse furniture for use at Travis County community views advertise center, a couple of uses there. The facility is almost complete?

>> yes, sir.

>> and there is furniture available at the Travis County warehouse. This basically is to authorize the use of it. And as I said in an e-mail recently, I would start out by using it because the state has furniture, it may be better, I don't know. We do have folk trying to raise a little money to buy children's equipment and other stuff so I don't know there would be money left over to buy regular furniture. But we ought to go ahead and plan to use the facility because the weather has turned --

>> yes, sir.

>> -- adverse, real cool and windy this past Saturday and Sunday. And if it looks like we need to use it permanently, then we'll go through our donation process and get it done that way.

>> but we spent so much time agonizing over completion of the facility, it's just about done so I'm hoping we can start using it. Roger did look at furniture and there is some we can use, not the best, but it more than suits our purpose.

>> yes, sir, good.

>> if we can do better, we will, if not, that will be fine.

>> great.

>> okay.

>> did I steal y'all's thunder?

>> you always do, judge.

>> [laughter]

>> that's why they call me thunder stealer. Move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you.

>> thank you all. Now, Commissioner Gomez has to run to another commitment. I told health and human services to come back after lunch.
