Item no. 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five-foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line between lots 1184 and 1185, apache shores, section 2, a subdivision in precinct three

>> move to open the public hearing.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> good morning, joe gieselman and anna bolin with the transportation natural resources department. The owner wants to vacate the public utility easements in order to facilitate the expansion of their single family home. The utility companies have been contacted. They have no issue with a vacation of a portion of the easement that the owner wants to vacate. With that the purpose of today's public hearing is to receive any comment regarding the vacation. I know of no comment.

>> what is staff's recommendation.

>> go ahead and vacate it since the utility companies do not need it.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.

>> move to close the public hearing.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 19 on today's ago came and probably will be recommended as part of the consent motion.
