Executive Session
>> This brings us to executive session and we have four items posted for executive session discussion. 16, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of administrative leave with pay for juvenile probation employee slot number 486313. Consultation with attorney and personnel that's right exceptions to the open meetings act. 17, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning extension of assistive leave with pay for juvenile probation employee slot number 141078. Consultation with attorney and personnel exceptions. 18, consider and take appropriate action on proposal to acquire open space parkland along onion creek near state highway 71 east with 2005 authorized bond funds in precinct 4. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. And our final item for discussion in executive session is number 19, consider and take appropriate action regarding the selection of person to fill intergovernmental relations coordinator position. That's posted under the personnel matters exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these four items in executive session, but will return to court before -- open court before taking any action.
