We have an item on the agenda, number 54, receive status report and take appropriate action regarding issues contract between Travis County and Austin Travis County livestock show and claims resulting from the 2008 star of Texas fair and rodeo. This is posted under consultation with attorney. Which means that we have to meet in executive session with our lawyers in private. But we do have mr. Gilbert

>> all of 45 was that last motion. 8 we said would be on next week. And see if we get comments to the posting of this on the Travis County website. Which we kind of delayed in getting it up. So we'll have it back either for consent or postpone it again to the 18th if there's need for a full discussion. Okay? We have been asked to postpone item no. 46. By roger el khoury. That's the matter involving the real estate along airport boulevard. 47 we will need to take.
