Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a twenty-five foot wide drainage easement located over and across lot 21 of majestic hills ranchettes, a subdivision in precinct three

>> this is a request to say indicate a 25-foot drainage easement that pretty much bisects a single parcel. The owner asked that it be vacated to enable building on the parcel. The engineer, danny martin, has taken a look at it and -- has certified that the drainage can be handled by a drainage easement on the -- on the side of the parcel. Therefore said the drainage easement can be vacated without any severe consequences. So -- so we would recommend that to the court after the public hearing. We know of no objection to the proposed vacation.
