Consider and take appropriate action on items related to the program year 2007 consolidated annual performance evaluation report for the community development block grant (cdbg) provided by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development (hud): a. Request to approve November 19, 2008 through December 5, 2008 as the 15-day public comment period for the public to review the draft; I move approval.

My understanding of it, I wanted to make sure it was correct, just to make a record for the folks out there, is that all this is, it modifies the payee from the contract holder to their bank wells fargo, is that correct.
