17 is to consider and take appropriate action on the revised amendment number 1 to the advance funding agreement with the Texas department of transportation for gilleland creek trail phase 3, a surface transportation program metropolitan mobility project in precinct 2.
>> good morning, I'm steven from t.n.r. Public works. This is a request from txdot to make a correction to an amendment number 1 to this advanced funding agreement for the gilleland creek phase 3 project. Amendment 1 was approved by court a few months ago. It increased the dollar amount of the project. Our matching funds were also increased as well as txdot's. This error came to txdot's attention after the signed amendment number 1 was sent back to them. They saw that it didn't add up correctly. They reworked their numbers. It doesn't change our participation amount. They are still paying 80%, we're still paying 20%. It was a matt error on their spread sheet and this corrects that. It is a revision, it is not an amendment to the agreement.
