2. Consider and take appropriate action on an order prohibiting outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.

>> good morning, pete baldwin, Travis County emergency services. We got a little bit of rain last weekend, it was beneficial. We got moisture in our soil, we will retain that. However, we're not going to see any green up, not going to be anything new growing on that. Our drought index, kdbi is at 601, well above our benchmark of 500. Also we met with all of the fire chiefs yesterday, asked them for their opinion, they polled it and basically voted nine to two to keep the burn ban in place at this stage.

>> okay.

>> okay. So -- so by taking no action today, we actually leave the burn ban in place.

>> actually, we have got a new order for you to sign.

>> okay.

>> it ends tomorrow, doesn't it?

>> yes. It should be in your packet. I will check on that on the way out.

>> okay. Move approval of the order? Extending the burn ban.

>> second.

>> discussion in all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you. Number 8.

>> number 8? Anybody here on number 8?
