Consent Items
The consent items are next.
and posted for consent are c 1 and c 2, let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if you would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as I call out the number and what we are doing, what we are about to do is include all of these on one motion because we believe they are routine, straightforward and should be approved quickly.
number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, no to 7?
>> no to 7.
>> 7 is not part of the consent motion.
number 8 that we had the public hearing on, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 -- I guess that I need to confirm with joe that --'s 0 cost to the county is my understanding of the backup.
zero cost to the county on number 13.
>> yes.
>> okay.
>> and unless he wants to indicate otherwise, we will just go ahead and approve it.
zero cost to the county on number 13.
>> yes.
>> no cost to the county, joe said.
>> correct.
14, 15, by the way, we do not need number 16 today.
do not need 16.
17 a and b, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, I guess on 22 if this motion passes my staff should let jo scott Davis know -- judge scott Davis know that we would approve the bond.
number 23, after 23, a 1, that request really sort of came from the judges there.
two of us should be on there.
so a 1 is the last one that we are recommending for consent.
would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately?
all in favor of the motion?
that passes by unanimous vote.
