2. Receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot utility easements located along either side of the common lot line between lots 22 and 23, block hh of valley lake hills, section one, a subdivision in precinct three

>> the owner of these two lots wants to build a home on the two lots and therefore would like to vacate the public utility easement which runs down the common lot line. We contacted utilities. None have expressed any interest in retaining the easement. We therefore recommend the vacation.
>> item no. 2, would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be closed.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item no. 35 on today's agenda.
