Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of lot 1, block a, angel bay subdivision

>> good morning, joe gieselman and anna bolin for the transportation natural resources department. This is a fairly straightforward resubdivision of one lot into two lots. The two lots are 4.2-acre and 4.6-acre goes each. There are no streets and no improvements, so we would recommend the resubdivision be approved by the court. But we know of no objections to the proposed action.
>> okay. Angel bay subdivision item no. 1, public hearing, would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
