This is the first year the tax rate and tax revenue will be used to service debt plus some -- some small fees for Travis County bee cave road district number 1 issued 14,725,000 in unlimited tax road bonds in August, the road district will pay 350,000 in principal and 844,276 in interrelated to these bonds.

>> both these orders contain that. Therefore I move that we -- that the property taxes be increased by the adoption of the same tax rate, to .47, for each $100 valuation. For the -- for the -- of all taxable property, which -- that would be the total ad valorem rate.

>> the total tax rate is the same as the debt service rate because there's no maintenance and -- in operating rate.

Except that the Commissioner Davis abstains, so the rest of the court and board approve that tax rate unanimously. By a vote of 4-0-1. Why don't we call back to order that first road district just in case we need to do that --

>> yes, in your backup, directors, you do have the proposed fiscal year 2009 Travis County bee cave road district number 1 showing beginning fund balance of 694,603.85. With total revenues at 877,991. And expenditures for principal, interest, agent fees and appraisal district fees of 1,200,275.52, resulting in a projected ending fund balance at 372,319.33.
