4. Receive comments regarding the annual written plans for the 028 records management preservation fund and 057 county clerk's records archival fund. Move that the public hearing be opened.

This is a dedicated fund, fees are collected when you file a lawsuit. That money is dedicated to archival preservation of records, et cetera, by state law and this posting is to give residents an opportunity to give comments if they have. Does anyone have any comments on item no. 4?
