Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct three: resubdivision of lot 2, block f, resubdivision of beby's ranch subdivision no. 1, block f (4 total lots). Move that the public hearing be opened. All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning, anna bolin, Travis County t.n.r. This replat takes one lot and plats it into four single family lots. During the course of the review, there was a time when there was a neighborhood opposition because they had concerns about the streets and the drainage in the area. It's my understanding that before this was approved at zoning and platting commission, there was a restrictive covenant that both sides, the developer and the concerned neighbors, signed that resolved the street and drainage concerns. So at this time, I know of no opposition to this item.
