Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. First item is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve budget for fiscal year 2009.

>> good afternoon. I'm harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. And for the Travis County housing finance corporation I have given you a revised budget and that reduced the annual fees by $9,400 because I got notice this morning that one of our multi-family bonds, the owner intends to pre-pay the bond so that would reduce the fees by $9,400, so I did make that change. The housing finance corporation budget, it does provide for the visit -- completing the visitation center. As you know, that's an ongoing project. It provides $33,500 net for the downpayment assistance program that is a new -- a grant that we have just begun. And it does -- it -- like on all these corporation budgets, it assumes that the corporation will not issue additional bonds. If it does issue additional bonds, of course, there would be revenue income associated with that. The -- the fund balance in the budget is $211,175. So that is put into -- like in past years it's put into allocated reserves so you have the opportunity to use those funds in the future if you so desire.

>> mr. Davis, I have not shared with the board news of the delivery of the $25,000 check from peter varland, part of the contribution that was promised. So is that reflected in the year owned balance for the housing finance corporation?

>> that is not reflected in it. No.

>> so actually we have $25,000 more.

>> more, right.

>> okay.

>> and it does not -- yeah, it doesn't reflect any money that -- additional money that may come on that project.

>> okay. Questions? Move approval of the recommended budget.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 2 is consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of July 22, July 29, August 12, and August 26, 2008.

>> so moved.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That carries unanimously.

>> move adjourn.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
