Since we have you there, number 3, consider and take appropriate action on interlocal between Travis County and the city of Austin for the provision of public health and animal services. The auditor's action has asked us to delay action until they've had an opportunity to review the proposed interlocal as well as supporting backup. We kind of did this at the last minute and they've not had a chance review this. I think we ought to advise the court what's contained so we will know next week.
>> the document you have before you is actually an extension of the current fiscal year or calendar year 2008 public health interlocal with the city of Austin. You may recall through our budget discussions we've had continuing discussions and negotiations with the city regarding the administrative costs associated with this agreement. Late on Friday, I believe it was, the planning and budget office had an opportunity to meet with the city manager, and so there was agreement at that time that we needed to extend our agreement so that services were able to continue, but that we would continue our negotiations on the actual cost of this interlocal. The extension will take the calendar -- the fiscal year 2008 agreement there any December 31st of this year. That agreement would have us continue paying the 2008 rate for these services and would allow the city of Austin to take this document to the council so that they would approve the continuation of these services pinning our continued negotiations. So that is the document that you have before you. And I will have -- ask mary --
>> basically it's to hold status quo through November to give us an opportunity to work through the issues we discussed before. And so we'll give the auditor, jose palacious, additional time to look at the proposed interlocal plus the supporting backup and have this back on next week. Is that okay with you?
>> I don't even think we have a document ready yet. I mean I have a draft and I don't know what draft the court has but we'll continue working on it with the city attorney.
