>> 44 will not be part of the consent motion. On 45, we have used a-- a discounted rate of $275 in the past. And I did receive from michael norton yesterday notice that the -- that the $275 does cover costs for utilities and -- and custodial services and that's what we have charged in the past.

>> so 45 would be the -- the $275 that we've -- that we've charged in the past and that does contain a substantial discount.
