Let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. One item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from the wellness budget amount of invoice $650.50 payable for purple crayon for some t-shirts and the request was made by dan manseur.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote also. As a reminder, at 2:00 today we do have a grievance hearing scheduled and I notified -- I asked my office to notify ms. Guthrie that closer so 2:30 is probably more like the time we'll be able to start. The county judge has to recuse himself because he was a fact witness in that matter.
