A-1 is consider and take appropriate action on April 18, 2008 grievance panel's decision regarding human resources management department employee slot number 7 to implement the panel's recommendations, including counseling and mediation recommendations. And/or conducting a climate review of hrmd. This is under the personnel matters and consultation with attorney exceptions to the open meetings act. And a-2, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action rargd claim by cheryl kelly, including the claims made in eeoc charge number 31 c-2008--1463 c, and that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
