We'll take item 1 first consider and take appropriate action on an order prohibiting outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.
>> good morning, we polled all of our chiefs yesterday, and we've had off and on rain throughout the week, and we are up in the 70's. We haven't been running fires, all of our departments have been receiving some rain. We polled our departments and s they asked that we lift the ban on outdoor burning that has been in place for so long and so those are in your offices for your approval. What we'll do is watch this for a week or two, and we may have to have an item come back to you quickly at a later date, but right now we feel like we're getting a little bit of a green-up out of this spotty rain iy we've had over the past week and we can only hope for a little bit more.

>> how long, you've evaluated the situation, and within that two-week time frame if the conditions do not improve or go backwards as far as this is concerned you may come back to invoke another order?
>> yes, sir, we would do that any time. We would watch conditions and if we start to see conditions deteriorate quickly then we would come back to the court anyway, but we feel like we are in good enough shape right now, I know hayes and bastrop counties are lifting theirs. And it's our recommendation based on the chiefs recommendation that we lift the ban.
