11. Consider and take appropriate action on notice of chapter 11 bankruptcy by semmaterials, lp and resulting impact on county road maintenance operations. Thank you, ms. Porter. Glad to see on the alert over there. Have to test you every now and then.
>> good afternoon, judge and Commissioners. I want to update you on the status of this, we have secured some statement piggyback contracts that we are going to be working with out of district 15, which is san antonio semmaterials, lp and is still suffering through chapter 11 bankruptcy. If the letter is not here already, should be shortly, telling us their status and how they will be able to act daylight us. Right now we -- accommodate us. Right now we probably have 20,000 gallons of this 'em mulling that we do our service treatment with. Emulsion treatment with. The rain has helped us out. So we are looking pretty good. We got the piggyback contracts, we are not going to be able to -- I don't think we will be losing any of our work plan miles, so things are looking good. We are going to try to go out as soon as possible with -- with a rebid of these contracts so we'll have on long-term deal. These piggyback contracts are brand new. They are with ergon, they should go for about a year. So we have some -- we have some outs now. So things are looking better than a couple of weeks ago.
