Number 35. 35. Consider and take appropriate action on setting hearing date on August 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Regarding appeal from may 23, 2008 Travis County grievance panel decision regarding Travis County facilities management department employee slot no. 19, pursuant to Travis County code section 9.257(k). August 26th is a Tuesday. And I put it on Tuesday because we were having I think a little bit of a difficult time getting another hearing for another date. We have it at -- we have one of these hearings on the 14th of August. The problem with this one is that reinstatement with no pay was kind of ordered. This was a long time ago. This was the hearing was back in -- back in may. The action was taken early may or April, see what I'm saying. So -- so now if we only got the backup on this maybe two weeks ago. But I think that we ought to go ahead and try to have this as soon as possible. That's why I said Tuesday afternoon. We will try to limit the other items.
