Now let's call to order Travis County health facilities development corporation 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a contract with family eldercare.
>> mike gonzalez, for the corporation. Back on September 18th, 2007. The board approved $250,000 commitment over the next two years to support family elders care. Their new program center located at the rathgaber village in the mueller redevelopment in Austin. Attached is the actual grant agreement between the corporation and family elder care. The -- just some quick highlights is the total funding is 250,000 over a two year period for 2008 and 2009. The dates, the date the funding is available will be no more than 125 or half will be available on September the 30th, 2008 or before that period. It won't be available.
>> the biggest thing on it is the -- if you look at exhibit a of the agreement, they actually have a self reporting requirement. So they will actually come back and once it hits certain milestones and constructions they will come back and do a withdrawal request for the funding.
>> that's a real big deal out at robert mueller I really applaud from the elder care, rathgaber all of the other folks providing that service. I definitely support this and move approval.
