22, consider and take appropriate action on the following. A, indemnification agreement with palisades west to fund permanent traffic improvements at rm 2244 at loop 360. B, advanced funding agreement for voluntary transportation improvement projects with the state of Texas and Travis County for permanent improvements on rf 2244 at loop 360 in precinct 3.
>> good morning. Anna bolin and joe geiselman, Travis County t.n.r. We've had advanced funding agreements and whenever they have those we have indemnification agreements. This one is a little different in that it has a fixed cost. The fixed cost for this project is $300,000. So the indemnification agreement reflects that and we recommend a motion.
>> this basically is state money being funneled through the county for us to help with this project, facilitate it basically.
>> the money is being posted by the developer. And it will -- we're the conduit to get it to the state.
>> anybody here on this item?
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> this is 22. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much. And that was a and b approved.
